How It Works

Buying beef from the farm doesn’t have to be complicated — we’ve made it simple and stress-free! Here’s what to expect when you order from us:

1. Choose Your Share
Decide whether you’d like a ¼, ½, or whole beef. Not sure which is right for your family? Just ask — we’re happy to help you figure it out.

2. Reserve Your Beef
Place your $350 deposit to reserve your spot. This lets us know to save a beef just for you.

3. Processing & Custom Cuts
When your beef is ready, we’ll work with the butcher to process it to your specifications — you choose how you want your steaks, roasts, and ground beef packaged.

4. Pick Up or Delivery
Once your order is processed and packaged, we’ll let you know it’s ready. You can pick it up at the butcher, or have it delivered to you for a small delivery fee.

5. Fill Your Freezer
Take home your beef and enjoy high-quality, farm-raised meals all year long — knowing exactly where it came from and how it was raised.
